GALORE ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER LOAN

Vancouver, BC: Galore Resources Inc. (TSX-V: GRI) (“Galore” or the “Company”) announces that

it has entered into a loan agreement with a dedicated arm’s length shareholder of Galore. The lender

has provided the Company with a cash loan of USD $20,000 (the “Loan”). The Loan shall bear an

interest rate of 9% per annum compounded quarterly, due for repayment on August 3, 2024. The

funds will be used for obtaining assay results from the Company’s most recent drill program at its

Los Gemelos property in Mexico.

As additional consideration for providing the Loan, the Company has agreed to issue to the lender a

bonus of 106,680 common shares (“Bonus Shares”), subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

The Bonus Shares to be issued will be subject to a hold period under applicable securities laws, which

hold period will expire four months plus one day from the date of issuance.
