West Vancouver, British Columbia – February 6, 2020 – Canadian International Pharma Corp. (the

“Company” or “ CIPC”) announces that Sead Hamzagic has resigned as a director and as the Chief

Financial Officer of the Company.

The Company would like to thank Sead Hamzagic for his considerable efforts and dedication and to

wish him well in his future endeavours. Mr. Hamzagic has indicated that he may be available to provide

certain accounting services to the Company in the future on a paid consulting basis.
