Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 3, 2026) -

GREAT ATLANTIC

RESOURCES CORP. (TSXV: GR) (the "Company" or "Great Atlantic")

is proud to announce it is a

Gold Sponsor

of the 51st annual Exploration, Mining and Petroleum (EMP) New Brunswick Conference,

being held at the Delta Hotel in Fredericton, New Brunswick from Sunday, October 25th

to Tuesday,

October 27th , 2026.

Great Atlantic's representatives, including President & CEO Christopher R. Anderson and VP

Exploration David Martin, P.Geo., will be attending the conference and invite shareholders, investors,

brokers, analysts and all interested parties to connect with the team to discuss the Company's most

active New Brunswick exploration season to date.

"New Brunswick is home ground for this team. Dave Martin and I built our tungsten expertise in this

province - from Sisson Brook to the Mount Pleasant camp - and in 2026 we have put that knowledge

to work in our most active New Brunswick season ever: new staking around the past-producing Mount

Pleasant mine, reported high-grade tungsten in historic samples at Flume Ridge, gold and antimony

discoveries at Glenelg, and a planned 2,500-metre drill program at the Keymet Silver Property. As a

proud Gold Sponsor of the EMP conference, we look forward to welcoming shareholders, investors

and industry colleagues in Fredericton,"

states Mr. Anderson, CEO.

Active Across New Brunswick in 2026

Great Atlantic is executing its busiest New Brunswick exploration season ever, with programs spanning

tungsten, tin, gold, antimony, silver and cobalt across the province:

Mount Pleasant Area (partially surrounding past-producing Mount Pleasant tungsten - molybdenum Mine

- Southwest NB): In August 2026 the Company staked three new mineral claims (12617, 12618 and

12619) adding over 6,000 hectares partially surrounding the past-producing Mount Pleasant tungsten-

molybdenum mine. The Company's Southwest New Brunswick Tin-Tungsten Project now totals

approximately 9,880 hectares across ten claims. The Pughole claim, contiguous with the new staking,

hosts the True Hill tungsten-tin-molybdenum-bismuth occurrence and historic drill intercepts including

18.60% zinc, 0.32% tin and 785 ppm indium over 1.20 metres (WP-08-23, core length; historical results

not yet verified by the Company).

Flume Ridge Tungsten (Southwest NB):

A focused 2026 prospecting and rock geochemical

sampling program is underway at the Flume Ridge claim, targeting an area of reported high-grade

tungsten-bearing glacial float. Historical 2009 drilling within the claim intersected 0.608% tungsten

(0.76% WO3) over 0.57 metres (core length), and historical 2020 float samples returned up to 1.66%

tungsten (2.09% WO3) (historical results not yet verified by the Company).

Glenelg Gold - Antimony - Vanadium Property (Southwest NB):

The 2026 program is advancing

three target areas toward trenching and drill sites. Great Atlantic's 2025 work produced a new bedrock

gold discovery - 1.72 grams / tonne (g/t) gold in a fault zone while work by the Company during 2022 -

2023 confirmed a vein with high-grade antimony (stibnite) including grab samples of 13.70%, 13.75%

and 23.4% antimony. The property is contiguous with Galway Metals' Clarence Stream gold project

(mineralization on adjacent properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization at the Glenelg

Property).

Keymet Silver Property (Northeast NB):

A comprehensive 2026 program - prospecting, rock/soil

sampling, induced polarization and magnetic surveys, trenching and 2,500 metres of diamond drilling - is

planned across the corridor between the past-producing Keymet Silver Mine and the historic Elmtree

Silver Mine. The Elmtree 12 vein system has returned exceptional intercepts including 1,158 g/t silver,

9.19% copper and 9.04% zinc over 3.00 metres (Ky-18-14, core length).

Drill core from the Elmtree 12 vein system, Keymet Project - Ky-18-14: 1,158 g/t Ag, 9.19% Cu and

9.04% Zn over 3.00 m (core length).

Kagoot Brook Cobalt (Northern NB):

Ten consecutive stream sediment samples collected by the

Company during 2024 over an approximately 900-metre section returned anomalous cobalt values (149-

610 ppm), confirming historical cobalt anomalies at this 100% owned property.

The Company's Porcupine Property in central New Brunswick is also being advanced under option by

partner Fort St. James Nickel Corp., with Great Atlantic retaining a 2% NSR.

Deep Roots in New Brunswick Tungsten - Sisson Brook

Great Atlantic's management team is well entrenched in New Brunswick's tungsten sector. Christopher

R. Anderson (President & CEO) and David Martin, P.Geo. (VP Exploration) were both intrinsically

involved in the management of Geodex Mineral Ltd. and the advancement of its Sisson Brook Tungsten-

Molybdenum Project through to pre-feasibility - a project now held by Northcliff Resources Ltd. and

recognized as one of Canada's federally supported tungsten projects. Through Geodex, Messrs.

Anderson and Martin also gained intimate, first-hand knowledge of the properties surrounding the former

Mount Pleasant Mine, giving Great Atlantic a strong foundation of historical data and geological

understanding as it advances its expanded land position. The pair previously created the public-

education series "Talking Tungsten" and have spent over a decade assembling the Company's 100%

owned tungsten asset base in New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

New Brunswick hosts some of Canada's most important tungsten districts, including Mount Pleasant and

Sisson Brook. Tungsten is recognized as a strategic and critical metal by Canada, the United States, the

European Union and allied jurisdictions, with secure supply a stated priority for North American critical

mineral supply chains.

Readers are cautioned that historical and third-party results referenced above have not been verified by

the Company, and that mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of

mineralization on the Company's properties.

David Martin, P.Geo., (New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador), a Qualified Person as defined

by NI 43-101 and VP Exploration for Great Atlantic, reviewed and approved the technical information

contained in this News Release.
