CORP. (TSXV.GR) (the “Company” or “Great Atlantic would like to update shareholders

regarding its Management Information Circulars (MIC), for its annual general meetings held on

August 19, 2020, November 30, 2021, and July 12, 2024. As a result of a review by the British

Columbia Securities Commission, Great Atlantic is issuing the following press release to clarify

disclosure and information circulars filed on July 15, 2020, October 22, 2021, and June 11, 2024.

In the July 15, 2020, circular, it was reported that Mr. Christopher Anderson held 2,010,713 shares

in Great Atlantic which was accurate.

In the October 22, 202 1, circular, it was reported that Mr. Christopher Anderson held 2,122,713

shares in Great Atlantic when the actual total was 2,090,713 shares.

In the June 11, 2024 , circular, it was reported that Mr. Christopher Anderson held 16,428,713

shares in Great Atlantic when the actual total was 16,375,213 shares.

Mr. Anderson has updated his shareholdings on SEDI accordingly.
