PKS Capital Corp. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – Monday, April 27, 2020 - PKS Capital Corp.

(the “Corporation”), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that it has arranged

a private placement of up to 1 million common shares at a price of $0.10 per common

share for gross proceeds of up to $100,000.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used for working capital purposes.

The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
