GREAT PLAINS METALS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, BC, Canada – Tuesday, September 9, 2025 - Great Plains Metals Corp. ("Great

Plains" or "the Company", TSX-V: GPS, Frankfurt Exchange: 8VC) is pleased to announce

a private placement of up to 13,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.05 per

common share for gross proceeds of up to $650,000 (the “Private Placement”).

The proceeds will be used to advance the Company’s resource projects and for working capital

purposes.

The Private Placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities issued

will be subject to a four-month hold period.
