For Late Filing of Audited Annual Financial Statements
Vancouver, British Columbia / June 15, 2020 – Corsu rex Resource Corp. (the “Company”)
(CSE:CRC), announces that it will be unable to file its annual financial statements, management’s
discussion and analysis and related certifications for the year ended December 31. 2019 (the “Annual
Filings” ) on or before the prescribed filing deadline, as r equired by National Instrument 51-102,
Continuous Disclosure Obligations , and National Instrument 52-109, Certification of Disclosure in
Issuers’ Annual and Interim Filings , respectively. The Company has previously announc ed that it has
relied on exemptive relief recently granted by the Canadian securities regulatory authorities, which
provided for an extension of up to 45 days for the filing of the Annual Filings. This exemptive relie f
extended the filing deadline for the Annual Filings to June 15, 2020. The Company anticipates that its
auditor will need approximately 3 weeks to complete the audit of the Company’s annual financial
statements.
The Company has filed an application with the Briti sh Columbia Securities Commission, the Alberta
Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Co mmission requesting issuance of a management
cease trade order against the Company’s executives and directors instead of a cease trade order against the
Company and all of its securityholders.
The Company anticipates that it will be in a position to file the Annual Filings on or before July 15, 2020.
The Company confirms that it will comply with the a lternative information guidelines included in
National Policy 12-203, Management Cease Trade Orders , for so long as it remains in default of a
specified requirement.
