“Bitumen”), wishes to inform its shareholders of an anticipated delay to June 30th for the
filing of its audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2016
(the “Annual Financials”) . In this respect, the Company has decided to imp lement a
voluntary director and officer cease trade in its securities until such filing is completed.
