Goliath Reports Multiple Holes Up To 7.38 g/t AuEq Over 35.7 Meters, Including

19.51 g/t AuEq Over 8.32 Meters at the High-Grade Gold Surebet Discovery

that Remains Open for Expansion, Golden Triangle, B.C.

✓ Drill hole GD -26-436 from the Surebet Zone, intersected an extensive mineralized interval near the surface that

assayed 7.38 g/t AuEq over 3 5.7 meters, including 19.51 g/t AuEq over 8.32 meters. This entire interval is

characterized by veining, alteration, and anomalous gold grades throughout its length with multiple high-grade

subintervals. It also contains several occurrences of visible gold to the naked eye (VG-NE), native silver associated

with galena, sphalerite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite in quartz-sulphide stockwork and breccia hosted in sandstones;

see Figure 1.

2

✓ GD-26-436 confirms the continuity and consistency of Surebet mineralization, supported by numerous high-grade

drill intercepts previously announced (sample below, with updated commodity prices), that all sit within a ~120

meter x ~50 meter area of the Surebet Zone; see Figure 2.

o GD-21-03 assayed 6.37 AuEq over 35.72 meters (see news August 30, 2021)

o GD-23-126 assayed 14.01 AuEq over 6.09 meters (see news August 10, 2023)

o GD-23-157 assayed 21.08 AuEq over 23 meters (see news August 10, 2023)

o GD-23-173 assayed 14.68 AuEq over 26.89 meters (see news September 14, 2023)

✓ Drill hole GD-26-426 intersected two neighbouring mineralized splays of the Surebet Zone . The first assayed 5.18

g/t Au over 4.50 meters, within a wider interval of 2.81 g/t Au over 9.00 meters . The second assayed 7.85 g/t Au

over 3.00 meters within a wider interval of 4.22 g/t Au over 5.80 meters. Mineralization consists of breccia and

stockwork with VG-NE associated with massive to stringer galena, sphalerite, and pyrrhotite; see Figure 3 (Au only;

AuEq assays pending).

*For reported assay intervals and AuEq calculation please see QA/QC Section

4

✓ Drill hole GD-26-431 intersected the sediment-hosted Eldorado Zone that returned assays of 5.83 g/t Au over 5.95

meters, including 11.42 g/t Au over 2.90 meters, within a wider interval of 3.07 g/t Au over 11.90 meters.

Mineralization is present in the form of disseminated and stringer pyrrhotite and pyrite hosted in stockwork veins

and veinlets associated with sericite and biotite alteration; see Figure 4 (Au only; AuEq assays pending).

5

✓ Drill hole GD -26-414 intersected the Surebet Zone that returned assays of 1.92 g/t AuEq over 16.45 meters,

including 3.92 g/t AuEq over 4.00 meters and 2.01 g/t AuEq over 7.45 meters, including 3.56 g/t AuEq over 3.80

meters, including 4.84 g/t AuEq over 2.67 meters; see Figure 5 (Au assays reported in August 10, 2026 news).

✓ Visible Gold to the Naked Eye ( VG-NE) has been intersected in multiple veins and shear zones from 33 out of 52

holes drilled in 2026 continuing to confirm consistency of gold mineralization within the Surebet vein system that

remains open laterally and at depth; see Figures 6a, 6b and 6c.
