(TSXV: BTM.H) (the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 265,000 stock options to directors and officers of the Company which have a term of 5 years and are exercisable at CDN$0.10 per common share. These Options have been reserved for issuance pursuant to the Company's 2006 Stock Option Plan
