Goldgroup Announces Date of Its Annual General
Vancouver, British Columbia ( June 6, 201 9) – Goldgroup Mining Inc. (“Goldgroup” or the “Company”)
(TSX:GGA, OTC:GGAZF, BMV SIX:GGAN.MX) announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting of
shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 10:00am (PST).
Due to unforeseen delays, the Meeting was delayed from being held wi thin six months of its financial year end, as
required by TSX rules , as t he Company’s board of directors has taken longer than anticipated in assessing and
evaluating various strategic and corporate governance i tems, and as a result the board deemed it prudent to delay the
AGM. The Company has requested and received an extension from the TSX to hold the Meeting on July 31, 2019.
