GoldHaven Arranges Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver, BC – September 17, 2025 – GoldHaven Resources Corp. ("GoldHaven" or the "Company")

(CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF) (FSE: 4QS), a Canadian resource sector exploration and development

company is pleased to announce that it intends to conduct a non- brokered private placement of up to

1,346,153 common shares (each a “Share”) at a price of $0.13 per Share for gross proceeds of up to

$175,000 (the “Offering”).

All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four

months and one day. The gross proceeds from the Offering will be used by the Company for general

working capital and business development.
