GoldHaven Announces First Tranche Closing of Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia, June 30 , 2025 – GoldHaven Resources Corp. (" GoldHaven" or the
"Company") (CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF) (FSE: 4QS) is pleased to announce it has closed a first
tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of flow-through common shares (each
a “FT Share”) of the Company (the “Offering”). The Company issued an aggregate of 2,742,308 FT Shares
at a price of $0.13 per FT Share for gross proceeds of $356,500.04.
All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a hold period of four months and one
day pursuant to applicable securities laws. In connection with the Offering, the Company issued 188,461
non-transferable finder’s warrants, with each finder’s warrant exercisable to acquire one common share of
the Company at a price of $0.13 for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance, and paid cash finder’s
fees in the aggregate amount of $24,500.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for “Canadian exploration expenses” that are
“flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures” (as such terms are defined in the Income Tax Act
(Canada)) on the Company’s British Columbian properties, including the Magno and Three Guardsman
projects.
