Golden Goliath Mobilizes Field Crew

Vancouver, June 10 2019; Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. (TSX.V GNG )

The Company is pleased to announce that it is now mobilizing its field crew

to start the initial field work on its Ontario properties. The proper location

and orientation of exploration grids for geophysics and geochemistry will be

determined for the properties so that line cutting needed for the surveys

can begin. This will be done for the Kwai and SLF properties, which are

close to Great Bear Resources, as well as for the Wish Ore property,

located near Sault Ste Marie. Prospecting and rock sampling will also be

initiated. Work will continue throughout the summer and regular updates

will be provided. This work is expected to delineate drill targets for the next

stage of exploration, which the Company expects will occur in the late

summer or Fall.
