Annual General Meeting held on April 21. The meetin g was completed

using teleconferencing and in person representation at the Companyʻs

office in Vancouver. All items in the Companyʻs Inf ormation Circular were

overwhelmingly approved and the Board of Directors was reelected for

another year.
