Kanadario Acquires Property in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, Quebec and in
the Larder District, Ontario
Vancouver, BC – May 8, 2020 – Kanadario Gold Inc. (TSXV: KANA) (the “Company” or “Kanadario”)
is pleased to announce that it has ente red into option agreements to acqui re mineral claims located in the
Abitibi Greenstone belt of northwestern of Quebec. The first group of claims, known as the Destor property,
consists of 42 mineral claims totalli ng 2,378 ha and is located approximately 70 km north of the town of
Rouyn-Noranda in the Abitibi region of Quebec. The second group of claims, known as the Sunday Fault
North property, consists of 64 mineral claims totalling 3,538 ha and is located approximately 17 km east of
Kirkland Lake Gold’s Detour Mine in northwestern Quebec.
The Company has also entered into an option agreement to acquire mineral claims located in Larder District,
Ontario. The Larder North property consists of 14 mineral claims totaling 4,623 ha and is located
approximately 17 km northeast of the town of Larder Lake, Ontario.
Agreement Details
The Company will earn a 100% interest in the Destor property by paying a total of $61,000 and issuing an
aggregate of 250,000 common shares over a two year pe riod. The optionor will retain a 1.5% net smelter
returns royalty on the Destor property, half of wh ich may be purchased by the Company for a payment of
$500,000.
The Company will earn a 100% interest in the Sunda y Fault North property by paying a total of $61,000
and issuing an aggregate of 250,000 common shares ove r a two year period. The optionor will retain a
1.5% net smelter returns royalty on the Sunday Fault No rth property, half of which may be purchased by
the Company for a payment of $500,000.
The Company will earn a 100% interest in the Larder North property by paying a total of $102,000 and
issuing an aggregate of 350,000 common shares over a two year period. The optionor will retain a 1.5%
net smelter returns royalty on the Sunday Fault Nort h property, half of which may be purchased by the
Company for a payment of $500,000.
The above transactions are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
