Musk Metals Closes Oversubscribed Private Placement

MUSK METALS CLOSES OVERSUBSCRIBED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
September 10 , 2021, VANCOUVER, BC – MUSK METALS CORP. (“MUSK METALS” OR
THE “COMPANY”) (CSE: MUSK) (OTC: EMSKF) (FSE: 1I30) is pleased to announce is has closed an
oversubscribed non-brokered private placement. (Aug. 13 & Aug. 19, 2021). The private placement consisted of
7,276,664 units at a price of $0.075 per unit for gross aggregate proceeds of approximately $545,750.
Each Unit comprises one common share of the Company (each, a “ Share”) and one Share purchase warrant (each
whole warrant, a “ Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional Share (each, a
“Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.10 per Warrant Share for a period of two years following the closing of the
Offering.
The Company paid an aggregate of $2,780 and issued an aggregate of 37,066 Brokers' Warrants in connection with
the closing of the offering. Each Broker's warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of
$0.10 for a period of two years following the closing of the offering.
All securities issued in connection with the offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and
one day after the closing of the offering.
