GOLDEN RIDGE RESOURCES LTD. (TSX-V: GLDN) ("Golden Ridge" or the "Company") announces the resignation of
Duane Lo from the Company’s board of directors effective February 28, 2022 so that he may focus his efforts on other
professional duties.
The Board of Directors and Management wish Duane the very best is in his future endeavors and express their appreciation
for his contributions during his tenure as director of Golden Ridge.
