NEWS RELEASE
88 CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF THE COLUMBIA QUEEN PROPERTY
Vancouver, B.C. December 3, 2014 - 88 Capital Corp. (TSX.V: EEC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an assignment and assumption agreement dated effective December 2, 2014, with Donnybrook Capital Corp. Pursuant to which the Company has assumed all of the obligations and payments under an existing mineral property option agreement between Donnybrook, John A. Chapman and KGE Management Ltd. (the "Vendors") for a group of minerals claims referred to as the Columbia Queen property (the "Property"), located in the Revelstoke mining division of British Columbia. Per the terms of the option agreement, the Company will have an exclusive option to acquire a 100-per-cent undivided interest in and to the property, subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter royalty.
As consideration for the assignment agreement, 88 Capital will issue to Donnybrook the following:
1. $5,000 cash payment on signing of the assignment agreement;
2. Two million common shares within 10 days of TSX Venture Exchange approval of the assignment agreement;
3. One million common shares on the one-year anniversary of exchange approval of the assignment agreement.
The assignment agreement will remain subject to exchange approval and receipt of an updated NI 43-101 technical report on the property, which is currently being prepared.
In order to earn its 100% interest in the Property, the Company must pay $160,000 in cash to the Vendors over a four year period, incur at least $2,600,000 in exploration expenditures over a four year period, with at least $150,000 to be incurred in the first 18 months, and issue 600,000 common shares to the Vendors over a four year period, with 80,000 shares due upon signing of the Agreement. In addition, the Vendors have been granted a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty, which includes advance royalty payments of $35,000 annually on December 31, beginning in 2018.
About the Property
The Columbia Queen property is a 4,753-hectare polymetallic exploration project located approximately 30 kilometres north of the city of Revelstoke, within the Big Bend region The region is well serviced by grid electric power, and mainline/logging roads provide access to much of the property. Close proximity to the Trail lead/zinc smelter and deep sea ports in Vancouver by rail from Revelstoke significantly benefits the project.

The property itself is adjacent to Huakan International Mining Inc.'s flagship J & L property, which is a large undeveloped precious and polymetallic mineral deposit. The Columbia Queen is also adjacent to the Mastodon mine, which is currently owned by Teck Resources Ltd. This mine has had sporadic lead, zinc and silver production over the last 100 years.
The Columbia Queen property is host to multiple exploration targets. The historical Copper Queen showing is located in the southwestern quadrant of the property and was drilled in 1966. Hole CQ-4 was reported to contain intersections from 51.8m to 62.5m and 68.6m to 82.3m averaging 0.6% Cu and 0.47% Cu, respectively (George Cross Newsletter No. 131, July 8, 1966). Hole CQ-5 was reported to contain a 29.9m section between 57.0m to 86.9m with grades running between 0.45% Cu and 1.14% Cu (George Cross Newsletter No. 137, July 18, 1966). This intersection was reported to have a true width of 18.3m. Kerr-Addison followed up this drilling with an extensive soil sampling program in 1976 that defined a northwest-southeast-trending coincident copper, lead and zinc soil geochemical anomaly with a 600metre length over the Copper Queen showing. This anomalous trend remains open in both directions. A VTEM (versatile time-domain electromagnetic)/aeromagnetic survey was conducted in 2010 over the property, which defined a number of conductive and magnetic anomalies, corresponding with coincident surface geochemical anomalies. Recommendations from the interpretation of this survey include follow up geochemical and geophysical surveys and possible drill testing of the best targets. Of particular interest was the discovery of high-grade massive sulphide float on a new logging road cut. One of the samples collected contained 1017.8 ppm Cu and 1477.7 ppm Pb. This float sample also contained 6174.9 ppb Au and >10,000 ppm As. The high Au and As content is interesting because the nearby J&L massive sulphide deposit is also enriched in these elements. More follow-up work is needed to determine the provenance of the mineralized float. In addition to the massive sulphide float, a sample of marble with disseminated galena and sphalerite returned 1705.7 ppm Cu, >10,000 ppm Zn and >10,000 ppm Pb. The area where the mineralized float was found is coincident with a moderate EM anomaly and represents a high-priority target for follow-up work.
Further to this announcement, the Company announces the cancellation of option agreements with North of Sixty Ventures Inc. consisting of 10 mineral claims located in the Yukon, as of a press release dated July 7, 2014.
