This new listing provides Newcastle’s international shareholders with enhanced access to trading in its common shares and increases its profile in Europe. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is one of the world’s largest trading centres for securities and is the largest of Germany's seven stock exchanges.

In addition to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Open Market, Newcastle’s shares trade on TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “NCM” and on the U.S. over-the-counter market under the symbol “NCMBF.”
