GoldON Cancels Private Placement Financing

VICTORIA, BC, November 12, 2018 – GoldON Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: GLD) announces

that it has cancelled the previously-announced non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000

units at a price of $0.15 per unit.
