Goldbank Mining Corporation (“Goldbank”)(TSX.V-GLB) announces that it proposes to amend the

term of 4,030,000 warrants (the “Warrants”) from three years to five years . The Warrants currently

have an expiry date of October 3, 2022. The proposed new expiry date is October 3, 2024. In all

other respects the Warrant terms will remain unchanged. The amendment t o the warrant terms is

subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing.
