Greatbanks Announces Appointment of Gumenyuk to the Board

November 30, 2018. Greatbanks Resources Ltd. (TSXV: GTB) (“Greatbanks” or the “Company”)

announces the appointment of Oksana Gumenyuk to the board of directors. Gumenyuk is a resident

of Alberta, Canada with a Scientific Degree of Candidate of Chemical Sciences.

The company would also like to announce that Mr. D Lindsay Wu has resigned from the board of

directors. The company would like to thank Mr. Wu for his time and wishes him well in his future

endeavours.
