GOLDHILLS ANNOUNCES OPTIONS ISSUED

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 4, 2020 – Goldhills Holding Ltd. (the “Company” or “Goldhills”)

(TSXV:GHL) has issued options to its directors, and officers, for a total of 1,182,000 options exercisable

at $0.055 per option. The options will have an expiry of 10 years from date of issuance and will vest

immediately.
