Vancouver, British Columbia – November 23, 2021 – GGX Gold Corp. (TSX-V: GGX), (OTCQB: GGXXF), (FRA: 3SR2)
(the “Company” or “GGX”) would like to provide an update on the impact of the heavy rains, flooding and
mudslides experienced in British Columbia. To date, the flooding in British Columbia has had no material impact
on the Company’s personnel, infrastructure and operations. GGX Gold would like to recognise the efforts of first
responders, volunteers and contractors who have been working tirelessly to support the communities that have
been affected. The Company will continue to support the health, safety and well- being of its employees,
contractors and communities.
The Company also announces that it will not be proceeding with 360 Aviation Services Inc. for Investor Relation
Services as announced on September 23, 2021.
