Galleon Gold Announces Shares for Debt Settlement

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 13, 2020) - Galleon Gold Corp. (TSXV: GGO) (the "Company" or "Galleon Gold")

announces that it has agreed to settle an aggregate amount of $70,000 for interest earned on a Convertible Debenture (the

"Debt Settlement"). The Debt Settlement will be settled by the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of

$0.07 per share.

The securities issued pursuant to the Debt Settlement will be subject to a four-month hold period commencing on the date of

issuance. Completion of the Debt Settlement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
