Galleon Gold Announces Grant of Stock

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 2, 2021) - Galleon Gold Corp. (TSXV: GGO) (the
"Company" or "Galleon Gold") announces that, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, a total of
2,000,000 stock options have been granted to a Consultant of the Company at a price of $0.06.
The
options vest over the next 24 months and will expire on December 1, 2026.
