GARIBALDI ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 14, 2017 - Garibaldi Resources TSX.V: GGI) (the “Company” or

“Garibaldi”) is pleased to a financing as follows:

Garibaldi will issue up to 1.45 million units at 46 cen ts per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to

$667,000. Each unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one non-

transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at a price of 60

cents for a period of two years.

The proceeds will be used for the Company's exploration programs as well as general working capital

purposes.
