GARIBALDI ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE

Vancouver, British Columbia, December 16, 2022 - Garibaldi Resources (TSXV: GGI) (the “Company” or

“Garibaldi”) announces that it has continued into British Columbia from the jurisdiction of Alberta

(the “Continuance”). The Continuance was approved by shareholders at the Company’s annual general

and special meeting held on December 30, 2021. No action will be required by existing shareholders or

holders of warrants with respect to the Continuance. Certificates representing the common shares and

warrants of the Company will not be affected by the Continuance and will not need to be exchanged.
