STOCK EXCHANGE

METALS CORP. TSXV:GEMC | FSE:5GE1 (“Global Energy Metals”, the
“Company” and/or "GEMC") announces that Global Energy Metals’ shares
are now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (“FSE”) under the trading
symbol 5GE1.

addition to the TSX Venture Exchange will heighten exposure of GEMC in this
