CORP. (“Global Energy Metals”, the “Company” and/or "GEMC") is pleased to announce

that it has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") for the listing of

its common shares on the TSXV, the first pure cobalt IPO of 2017.

The Company's common shares are expected to begin trading on the TSXV effective the open

of the market on March 1st, 2017 under the stock symbol "GEMC".
