SILVER PURSUIT CHANGES NAME TO GOLDEN PURSUIT RESOURCES LTD.

Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) ann ounces that the Board of Directors have decided to

change the Company’s name to “Golden Pursuit Resources Ltd.” The Company's common shares will

trade on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") under th e new trading symbol: “GDP”. There will be no

change to the issued and outstanding share structur e. It is expected that the common shares will

commence trading on the TSX-V under the new name and "GDP" trading symbol on or about June 15,

2018.
