GOLDEN PURSUIT APPOINTS INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICE PROVIDER

Vancouver, British Columbia - Golden Pursuit Resources Ltd. (the “Company” or “GDP”) has appointed

Beluga Media Corp. (“Beluga”) to provide media relations services to the Company.

Beluga brings tremendous Corporate Development and Corporate Communications experience to the Company

having worked in consulting and in-house capacity for public companies in various sectors in the Canadian and

US markets. Beluga also has an extensive background in advertising which will assist the Company with

branding, messaging and marketing communications.

Beluga will manage all inbound and outbound marketing and investor relations activities , which shall include

capital market analysis, introducing the Company to potential business partners, and maintaining a

comprehensive corporate contact database. Beluga will also manage the mailing of quarterly financial reports

and management discussion analysis statements, assist in preparing and distributing news releases, and support

the development of both web-based and print corporate materials.

Under the terms of the agreement, the duration of this appointment will initially be from September 3, 2024, and

ending March 3, 2025, and thereafter may be terminated at any time without cause by giving to the other party

at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the effective date of the termination.

Beluga has no active position in GDP but as part of this service contract.

Beluga has also been granted options to purchase 400,000 common shares of the C ompany at $0.25 per share

exercisable for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

The agreement between the Company and Beluga and grant of options are subject to regulatory approval. Beluga

does not provide market-making activities.
