Excelsior Mining Announces Sale of First Copper Cathode

Excelsior Mining Corp. (TSX: MIN) (FSE: 3XS) (OTCQX: EXMGF) ("E xcelsior" or the “Company”)
is pleased to announce the sale of first copper cathode from th e Gunnison Copper Project in Cochise
County, Arizona.
Highlights include:
A total of 90,000 pounds of copper cathode were sold under the off-take agreement with
Trafigura Trading LLC (see Excelsior news release dated March 1 1, 2020 - Excelsior Mining
Completes Copper Cathode Offtake Agreement).
Assays confirm that the copper content achieved 99.998%; coppe r purity is projected to achieve
99.999% (“five-nines copper”) as per the feasibility design, for all future copper harvests.
Excelsior anticipates achieving the nameplate production rate of 25 million pounds per annum
later this year.

the SX-EW operations crew on achieving this notable milestone. Our SX-EW processing facility has

Excelsior also announces that it has exercised its option to extend the maturity date of the credit facility
with Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund I LP to March 23, 2022. For further details on the terms of
