Excelsior Mining Announces Name Change to Gunnison Copper

Excelsior Mining Corp. (TSX: MIN) (OTCQB: EXMGF) (FSE: 3XS) is pleased to announce it is

completing a corporate name change to “ Gunnison Copper Corp.” ("Gunnison" or the “Company”)

with a new stock symbol “GCU” on the TSX.

Effective market open on November 14th, 2024, the Company will begin trading under the new name

and stock symbol. The Company’s ISIN and CUSIP numbers will change to CA4028801088 and

402880108, respectively.

No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Certificates

representing common shares of the Company will not be affected by the name change and will not need

to be exchanged.
