Excelsior Mining Corp. (TSX: MIN) (OTCQX: EXMGF) (FSE: 3XS) ("E xcelsior" or the

“Company”) reports that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2017 Annual

General and Special Meeting of shareholders were elected as dir ectors of Excelsior. Detailed results of

the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Gener al and Special Meeting on September 8,

2017 in Vancouver, B.C., are set out below:

Shareholders at the Annual General and Special Meeting also app roved the appointment of Excelsior’s

auditors and Excelsior’s amended stock option plan with 98.74% of the votes in favour.
