GOLCAP ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Vancouver, B.C. – February 17, 2026 ‐ Golcap Resources Corp. (CSE: GCP) (the “Company” or “Golcap”)

announces that effective February 12, 2026, Mr. Harry Nijjar has resigned his position as Chief Financial

Officer of the Company to focus on other projects and Mr. Justin Corinella has resigned as Director. The
