CHARTERED PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS, AS AUDITOR

Vancouver, B.C. – December 15, 2023 ‐ Golcap Resources Corp. (CSE: GCP) (the “Company” or

“Golcap”) announces that, effective December 15 , 2023 , D&H Group LLP, Chartered Professional

Accountants have been appointed as the Company’s auditor until the next annual general meeting of the

Company. D&H Group LLP replaces Manning Elliott LLP as the Company’s auditor.
