Golden Cariboo Expands Gold Targets with MMI Soil Sampling

January 21, 2025

Vancouver, Canada – Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (CSE:GCC) (OTC:GCCFF)

(WKN:A402CQ) (FSE:3TZ) wishes to announce that the assay results from its reconnaissance MMI soil

sampling program have been received from SGS Canada. The fifteen line kilometre program was

completed in autumn 2024 and included 606 soil samples over twenty eight 50 metre and 100 metre

spaced lines with 25 metre sample spacing. The footprint of the UTM-based grid is generally located

between the North Hixon zone through to the west of the Halo zone and from the north slope above the

Main zone through to Buckley Creek.

David Mark, PGeo, provided a memo to the Company and indicated that “the MMI soil survey has

revealed a zone of anomalous gold values that trends in a north to north-northwest direction across the

entire grid with a strike length of at least 1,650 metres and is open to the north and south. He further

indicated a direct correlation with the known mineralization of the Halo zone and the North Hixon zone.

Additional significant gold targets were also highlighted. Detailed analysis of the data is currently in

progress.

The soil samples were sent to the SGS Canada lab (“SGS”) in Burnaby, British Columbia for analysis.

SGS is the owner and sole provider of SGS MMI Technology. Proprietary analysis is performed on a 50

gram portion of the sample and the extracted solution is analyzed via ICP-MS.

The technical information in this news release has been reviewed by David Mark P.Geo., a qualified
