Goldcana Grants Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, September 2, 2026 - Goldcana Resources Inc.
(“Goldcana” or the “Company”) (CSE: GC) announces that it has granted incentive stock options
to purchase up to an aggregate of 300,000 common shares of the Company pursuant to its incentive
share option plan. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of C$0.305 per
share. The options, and any underlying common shares issued upon exercise, will be subject to a
hold period expiring January 3, 2027 in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities
Exchange.
