Global Battery Metals Comments on Market Trading Activity
February 2, 2021, Vancouver, British Columbia – Global Battery Metals Ltd. (the “Company” or “GBML”) (TSXV:
GBML; OTCQB: REZZF; Frankfurt: REZ) At the request of IIROC, the Company wishes to report that it is not aware
of any corporate developments or other reason for the recent increase in market activity, and there has been no
material change or information to report under applicable securities laws that would account for recent trading
activity in its common shares.

Lara Exploration Ltd. to acquire the Lara property for staged payments of US $5.75 million. GBML will retain a
0.75% net smelter royalty.
