Global Battery Issues Shares for Services
Vancouver, British Columbia, October 22 , 202 1 – Global Battery Metals Ltd. (TSX -V: GB ML,
Frankfurt: REZ, OTCQB: REZZF) (the “Company” or “GBML”) announces that it has issued an aggregate
of 320,000 common shares for services rendered pursuant to a financial advisory services agreement
between the Company and a third-party mining advisory firm dated March 15, 2021 (the “Agreement”).
The Agreement was previously filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The GBML common shares were issued at a deemed value of $0.265 being the closing price of the
Company’s common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 21, 2021.
