Global Battery Announces Grant of Stock Options
(Vancouver, British Columbia, September 28, 2020) – Global Battery Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: GMBL,
Frankfurt: REZ, OTCQB : REZZF) (the “ Company” or “ GBML”) announced today that, subject to
regulatory approval, it has granted stock options to acquire an aggregate of 660,000 common shares to
directors and officers of GBML under its stock option plan. Each option is exercisable for a five-year period
to acquire one common share at a price of C$0.10 per share and shall vest on grant.
