GALANTAS GOLD FILES AN UPDATED NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT

FOR THE OMAGH GOLD PROJECT IN NORTHERN IRELAND

SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, TORONTO, CANADA – Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM: GAL;

OTCQX: GALKF) (“Galantas” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news

release dated July 18, 2023, it has filed on SEDAR + a National Instrument 43 -101 Technical

Report (“NI 43-101”) for an updated mineral resource estimate for the Omagh Gold Project in

Northern Ireland. The NI 43-101 Technical Report includes the main Kearney and Joshua vein

systems which have been updated on the basis of 42 additional drill holes and a complete review

of the previous vein wireframe interpretations.

The NI 43 -101 Technical Report with an effective date of June 22, 2023, titled “ NI 43 -101

Technical Report for the Mineral Resources Estimate on the Omagh Gold Project, County

Tyrone, Northern Ireland”, has been filed on the SEDAR+ website at www.sedarplus.ca and on

the Galantas website at www.galantas.com.

The NI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared by Micon International Co Limited (“Micon”), and

reviewed throughout the process and approved by Liz de Klerk , Managing Director of Micon,

and a deemed "Qualified Person" under NI 43-101.
