OTCQX: GALKF) (“Galantas” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of

SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as its Joint Broker to support its position as an AIM-quoted

company, with immediate effect.

Panmure Gordon & Co will continue to act as the Company's Joint Broker.
