(the "Company") announces the retirement of

James Tutton

as

Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and the appointment of

Richard T. Dauphinee

as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Tutton will

continue to serve as a member of the board of directors of the Company.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Tutton for his long service as Chief Financial Officer and wishes him the very best.

is a retired Chartered Accountant after 32 years of public practice; for 28 years he was a partner of Rick Dauphinee Ltd.,
