the Un ive rs ity of Wester n A ustrali a. He is a form e r P ro je c t Study Manager and
Manager of Busi ness D evel opment for Fortescue Me tals and Study Manager at
WorleyParsons. Mr. Ha irs in e is curre ntly a partne r in Ib a e ra Capi tal, a p riva te e q u ity fund that
s p e c ia lis e s in future fa c in g m in e ra ls i nvestment. He is part of I baera’ s I nvestment
Commi ttee, ser ves on the boards of two p riva t e ly he ld c o m p a n ie s and is curre ntly the
I nvestment Manager for all of I baera’ s assets.

Stock Option Grants
The Company announces that i t i s granti ng, pursuant to i ts stock opti on plan, a total of
3,950 , 000 stock opti ons exerci sable at a pri ce of $0. 55 pe r share for a five -ye ar te rm .
Management, s taff and consultants are bei ng granted 2,8 6 0 ,0 0 0 stock opti ons, and
non- management di rectors are bei ng granted 1 , 090, 000 stock opti ons.

the largest and hi ghest -gr ade undevel oped tungsten r esour ces i n the wor l d. Lo c a te d in
Canada, i t i s one of the rare large tungsten resources outsi de of Chi na. Due di l i gence and

River project located 1 80 kilometres north of the Macmillan Pass project. I t is host to
