Results of the Annual General Meeting
June 30, 2023 (Vancouver, BC) -- Freegold Ventures Limited (TSX: FVL, Frankfurt: FR 4N, OTCQX:FGOVF) ("Freegold"
or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the results of the 202 3 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June
30, 2023 (the “Meeting”) and announces that all matters set out in the Management Information Circular dated May 16,
2023 (the “ Circular”) were ap proved by the sharehold ers of the Company. A total of 74,840,493 shares were voted
representing approximately 17.84% of the outstanding shares of the Company.
The following nine nominees were elected as directors of Freegold. The detailed r esults of the v ote for th e election of
directors are set out below:
