Vancouver, May 8 , 2 019 -- Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (NYSE: FSM) (TSX: FVI) announces that it will

release its financial statements and MD&A for the first quarter of 2019 on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 after

the market closes.

A conference call to discuss the financial and operational results will be held on Wednesday, May 15,

2019 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific | 1 2:00 p.m. Eastern. Hosting the call will be Jorge A. Ganoza, President and
