Fortuna posts AGM Information Circular

Vancouver, May 10, 2018-- Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (NYSE: FSM) (TSX: FVI) announces today that it

has filed its Management Information Circular for the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on

June 14, 2018. The Circular is also available for viewing on the Company’s website.

Director Robert R. Gilmore has decided not to stand for re -election to the Board of Directors at the

Annual General Meeting. Mr. Gilmore has been a member of the Board and served as audit committee

chair since 2010.
